We perform hourly monitoring of ALL of the important qualities of our wooden pellets: their high calorific value, low ash content, controlled humidity and bulk density.

Timber Heats’ wood pellets have a high calorific value of about 19Mj/kg; this means that 2 kg of wood pellets contain about as much energy as 1 liter of heating oil. On account of their compactness and high energy density of approximately 700 kg/m³, they need very little storage space.

Our pellets are available in Bulk Bags and in Small Bags. The standardization of the pellet size allow for simple handling, easy transport and the use of automatic conveying systems. We offer our end clients the option to brand their own logo and artwork on the bags essentially white labeling our product. Timber Heat premium brand pellets are Class A1 Grade (corresponding to the quality criteria set by EN 14961-2, class A1).  made of hard wood cleaned from any debris, sand, and skin. Thanks to their outstanding properties, they are ideal for use in pellet stoves and pellet boilers (central heating).

Wooden pellets Bulgaria A2 – 100% softwood diameter – of 6 mm. moisture – max 0.8% ash – max. 0.85% / calorific value – 4.8 kcal. to 5.10 kcal. 17.20 Mj/kg volume density – 620 kg/m3 ≥ 15kg bags x 67 bags equals to 1000m.t./crate The A2 100% Softwood Pellet is ideal for high-grade stoves and burners for home use with only slight deviations from the A1 specifications range. This is the other high- quality product from Timber Heat produced from 100% softwood chips.

Timber Heat does not use clippings, or other sub-material which could hinder the quality of the pellets. We avoid using clippings as they tend to carry significant amount of dust. Where clippings are used, the material is thoroughly pressure washed and all sub parts are removed.
